Name Summary

Jeff Moreau

Most well known as Joker. Alliance pilot of the Normandy, Priita's boyfriend (later husband), and father to Kiran. A somewhat cantankerous man that likes to wield sarcasm as a weapon (when he isn't utilizing the Normandy's defense systems).

Met Priita prior to her being recruited to the Normandy as Captain Anderson's Executive Officer, which led to a bit of awkwardness at first due to that first meeting being at a bar that ended up in her apartment.

Kiran Shepard-Moreau

Daughter of Priita and Joker. Born with some amount of bone and joint issues, though thankfully not nearly as bad as her father. Due to Priita's line of work throughout her adulthood, she was exposed to element zero a number of times, which led to her child being born with biotic abilities.

Kiran looks up to both of her parents, but her dad in particular and has the closest relationship with him. Wants to follow in his footsteps when she's older and become a pilot.

Oreo

Priita's pet rabbit. Within the games you can fill a tank of fish and get a pet hamster, but instead I replace both of those with Oreo. Priita gets him from a Citadel pet shop during the events of the second game. He's bred to be much hardier than rabbits back on Earth, and is even capable of some amount of biotic abilities.

Priita Shepard

Commanding Officer of the Normandy, girlfriend to Joker, mother of Kiran, and Savior of the Galaxy. Grew up on the streets on Earth and opted to join the Alliance at 18 to leave the gang life behind. Unfortunately, eventually ended up on Akuze where her team was wiped out by thresher maws and nearly lost her leg in the entire mess.

She is generally a go-with-the-flow type of person, though she does have a bit of a chip on her shoulder regarding authority figures. Part of it comes from her childhood living on the streets and in a gang, but it mostly has to do with experiences with higher-ups after surviving Akuze.
