Nickname is Tris (sometimes just B). Failed journalist turned information broker of the slums in Midgar. Has a gift for gab and has connections all over not only the slums, but the upper plates of the city. Sells information regarding the Shinra Power Company to Avalanche (both Barret's cell as well as the larger group of the organization) and lives in Sector 7.
