Abyss
I bought this doll on a whim after eyeing him on and off for a few months. I've always liked dolls with lewd expressions, so he'd be perfect to bring into my crew, but the thing that kept me from doing that for a long time was the fact that he is a large doll. Eventually I just said "screw it" and bought him and he came home several months later!
He wound up sitting on my shelf untouched for months. I'm not big on collecting large dolls, and I especially don't usually add BJDs to my collection unless they're going to be a shell for a character of mine (or one I am a fan of from media I engage in), so those first few months were somewhat frustrating as I was at a loss for how to customize him. Thankfully, I did eventually find a use for his body for another doll (Ken Kaneki), and his head moved onto a head stand purchased from Dolly Planet. He's now found a home amongst my figures and other knick-knacks and I plan to eventually get his head/stand modified so they fit better together, as well as get both parts blushed and painted so he can be a proper display piece.
